Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or payment method is a direct violation of Jat Win's policy. Any such accounts found will be closed and deposited funds may be confiscated.

• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to Jat Win immediately.
• Completing the KYC verification process is mandatory for access to certain features.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no proven rule violations, that balance will be refunded. Bonus balances, however, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
